You don't need any prior experience with the 72 Names of God, Kabbalah, or energy work to take part. You only need a willingness to show up, breathe, and receive.

If you've been curious about this work but weren't ready to commit to the full course, this is a meaningful and affordable way to experience it directly — with nothing held back in the room, even though we won't be naming or explaining every technical detail publicly ahead of time. What you receive live goes deeper than anything we can put in writing here.

This meditation is gentle, safe, and appropriate for most people, including complete beginners. No prior meditation, energy work, or Kabbalah experience is required.
That said, this is real inner work, and old emotional material may surface as it does in any deep heart-centered practice. We recommend this session for anyone in a reasonably stable emotional place who is ready to consciously work with grief, anger, or resentment.

Chris brings 25 years as a committed yogi, healer, and spiritual guide, plus another ten as a professional musician. A universal Kabbalist trained by Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, he's known for helping students have a direct, felt experience of energy.
