The easiest way to log-in is: 

1. go to: https://edu.naamyoga.com. 
2. Log-in with your email and password
3. Click on "My Courses"
4. Find the course titled "Igniting the Light Within"
5. Scroll down and you will see the Livestream info, Replay and Bonus Content.
6. Click on the item you want.

If this is a live class:

1. Click on the class/name/date you want - You will see a note that says ....."link"
2. Click on the word "Link" and you will be put in the waiting room to be admitted
3. Normally you will be admitted right at the time of the class, not prior. The link may not be available until just before the program.
4. If you have questions, please email tr[email protected]

If this is a video:

1. Click on the class/name/date you want
2. The video will open in the next window.
3. You can pause, rewind and replay as you desire.
