Part 1: Learn (10 mins)
Learn how to perform the breath correctly for maximum effect (including breathing into various parts of the body) and Contraindications.
Learn the correspondences of the breath with your emotions and your health.
Learn how to overcome fear, anger or emotions with your breath.
Learn Special Hand postures to bring out the best of your practice for Stamina, Revitalization, and recovery from illness.
Instruction on how to build your practice so that you can increase your capacity gently over time.

Experience Three Point Breath at different speeds.
Find your personal pace.
Experience different ways to count the breath using numbers, affirmations and mantras.
Move from 3 mins of breath to 5 mins to 7 mins to 11 mins
Experience different postures for you to use for your breath practice.
Part 3: Extended Practice for Advanced Students (40 mins)
This part is specifically designed for Advanced students who have experienced the one minute breath - breathing one time per minute (Self Assessed)
This special 31 minute guided practice will give you an experience of moving into a deep state of breath for an extended practice.
Special Encore: Tips and tools for Teachers - Optional (30 mins)
This short, separate and optional Final section is open to any Certified Naam Yoga/Shakti Naam/Sukshma Vyayama teachers interested in improving the way they teach Three Point Breath
