Breath is your primary nourishment

Your breath is your body’s primary form of nourishment. Food and water must be taken regularly, but the breath is required constantly in order to be alive. 

Breathing is the fundamental method of exchanging oxygen (as 02) to produce CO2 and H20. It is through this process that the physical body receives the Oxygen it needs to provide and distribute oxygen to your cells. When that doesn't happen, sickness follows.

Poor breathing habits are the basis of chronic disease and cellular damage leading to debilitating disease from free radicals and oxidative stress. Poor and unconscious breathing shortens lifespan, increases stress, prevents our bodies innate detoxification and even makes us less intelligent. 

All of the above are positively affected by Long Deep Breathing.

Breathing is more than just

a physical process.

But breathing isn’t only physical. Just as plants take in Sun and create energy, we too collect and transform energy (prana) through the practice of breathing. Learning to breathe correctly sharpens our intuition, expands our ability to heal ourselves, and makes us resilient against negative emotional and mental states and even allows us to shift our perception in times of stress.

Part 1: Learn (10 mins)

Part 3: Extended Practice for Advanced Students (40 mins)

This part is specifically designed for Advanced students who have experienced the one minute breath - breathing one time per minute (Self Assessed)
This special 31 minute guided practice will give you an experience of moving into a deep state of breath for an extended practice.
